Why are people surprised that Barca is after Bale....?

... he is perfect WB for Barca's type of play and he is only 21 years old. We need another CD but if we get a LB then Abidal can play as CD next season or two. Bale is better LWB than Maxwell and Adriano plus he is much better LW if he needs to play there. Bale going to Barca is not such a crazy idea as everyone thinks it is, only problem I see is his price....
