What to do when a guy keeps asking you to go to places with him but you can't.?

So this guy i know keeps asking me to go to the movies or to the ark with him. But my parents don't let me out with people that they don't know or mostly with guys. I already explained the situation to him. He keeps asking me everyday like if i hadnt explained it to him the day before. why does he keep doing this. How can i get him to understand.?
