Besides being past the borderline for offensive, your question is also inane so let me get this right: you are claiming that Republicans are "racist" because Congressman Issa wants to eliminate an immigration program which chooses its participants based solely on race and not by individual merit or need? Here's the litmus test: substitute "white" for "Africans/Asians" in anything you call "fair" or "equal". A program such as this would then be called "racist"!
