How tough are a womans nipples?

Women's breasts were designed to suckle children up to the age of 3 or 4 years old. Its just society and cultural norms etc that makes women these days only breast feed until the baby grows teeth. So if they can withstand teeth chomping down now and then, then your thumb and forefinger sounds like childsplay! LOL
