Emachine em627 won't boot.?

My 1.5 year old emachine e627 laptop won't boot up anymore. I left it on for a few hours when i wasaway from it. And when I got back the screen was freaking out so I hard bumped it. And when I went to turn it on again nothing popped up on the screen at all. It was almost as if I hadnt turned it on at all. I'm wondering if it's the harddrive the processor the motherboard or the screen. What can I do besides getting a new computer?
