The sims 3 wont install OR uninstall?

I would suggest googling system requirement lab's can you run it feature and search Sims 3 (try using Firefox or IE, Chrome won't work for some reason). If your PC passes, try to check the Sims website for FAQ, if it doesn't pass, then there's your problem! Hope this helps!
