Ok so i drank water from a well on a farm. Im 19 and good health and fitness. Not sick by any means?

The water came from a well, was told i could drink than someone else came by and said it hadnt been tested in years. But they had drank prior to that. When and how soon should i see a doctor? Are there symptoms? Do i even need to worry
