Is there anyway i can get round this bailiff problem?

i had a fine for 200 quid but had to wait for the courts to send me a letter for when to start paying. a month later i still hadnt recieved a letter off them, the next thing i get a letter off bailiffs saying i need to pay 475 in 7 days. i found out the letters off the court have been goin to my neighbours couse theres bin a mix up in adress, so i rang the bailiffs and court and explained this but they didnt want to know so now i owe 475 quid but havent got it spare. i got a letter this morning saying bailiffs have been to remove goods but the thing is all my stuff belongs to my gf. i rang the bailiffs back up and they said couse because i havent got any goods or the money they will get a arrest warrant for court. what will happen if i go back to court over this and is there any chance that they will understand that it wasnt my fault that i havent been paying????
